We have opportunities in the Module Maintenance department at Fab City - Telangana.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop preventive maintenance plans for critical equipment.
  • Ensure smooth functioning and minimal downtime through real-time fault detection and resolution.
  • Maintain equipment efficiency to meet production KPIs and operational goals.
  • Analyze repetitive breakdowns and implement root cause analysis to reduce failures.
  • Improve MTBF and reduce MTTR by standardizing maintenance procedures.
  • Drive cost-effective solutions for equipment reliability.
  • Maintain equipment history records and daily checklists.
  • Manage spare inventory, procurement planning, and vendor coordination.
  • Evaluate vendor performance and service reliability.
  • Supervise and mentor maintenance engineers and technicians.

Qualifications:

B.E. / B. Tech / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics or Mechatronics Engineering from a reputed college/institution.

Required Skills:

  • Focusing on maximizing equipment uptime.
  • Driving predictive maintenance strategies.
  • Ensuring compliance with quality standards.
  • Leading a team of engineers and technicians.
