About this role:

  • Liaise with clients to identify project requirements, scope, and objectives.
  • Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management.
  • Evaluate client needs as projects evolve.
  • Analyze risks and opportunities to ensure project success.
  • Oversee project procurement management to optimize resource allocation.
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues promptly.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact and communicate project status to all stakeholders.

Key skills and qualifications:

  • Ability to create and interpret flowcharts, schedules, and action plans.
  • Strong organizational skills, including multitasking and time management.
  • Excellent client-facing and teamwork skills.
  • Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control.
  • Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Project, Microsoft Planner, and Excel.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in project coordination or a related field.
