Project Manager Assistant

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager Assistant to join our team. As a key member of the project management group, you will be responsible for assisting in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects.

About the Role:
  • Develop project plans, schedules, and resource allocations with the project manager
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, testers, and data entry operators
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and escalate issues as required
  • Serve as the communication link between internal teams, vendors, and clients
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including reports, meeting minutes, and status updates
  • Support the preparation and follow-up of project meetings
  • Track resource availability and assist with workload distribution
  • Ensure projects adhere to organizational processes and compliance standards
Requirements:
  • 2–3 years of experience in project coordination or a similar role
  • Experience coordinating IT/software development projects
  • Strong understanding of project management principles and life cycles
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, Trello, or Asana
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
  • Professional certifications such as CAPM or PMP preferred but not mandatory

To succeed in this role, you should have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work well under pressure and manage competing priorities. You should also have a strong attention to detail and be able to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
