Key Role:

The Sustainability Specialist position involves collecting data from clients and ensuring accuracy as per defined requirements.

This role requires performing data gathering, validation, verification, and calculations related to Carbon Footprint emissions (Scope 1, 2 & 3) and Life Cycle Assessments (LCA).

The successful candidate will support the preparation of draft reports for Carbon Footprint, Life Cycle Assessment, and ESG in line with established guidelines and frameworks.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Building knowledge of ESG concepts and associated frameworks.
  • Developing and maintaining a database of prospective clients.
  • Managing outreach activities including cold calling and warm calling to generate leads.
  • Identifying high-potential leads, initiating engagement with prospective customers, maintaining and updating the sales pipeline regularly, researching industries and organizations in target markets to identify opportunities and drive sales initiatives.
Qualifications and Skills:

Essential Qualifications:

  • Degree in Environmental Engineering, M.Sc. in Environmental Science, B.E. (any discipline), or a related academic background.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in assessing and/or applying ESG standards and performance best practices.

Desirable Skills:

  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and databases.
  • Ability to research and analyze complex information.
