Job Title: Senior Architect

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Architect to lead architectural design and project management projects from conceptualization stage to final project handover.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop detailed designs with Bills of Quantities, ensuring quality and adherence to allocated budget.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including building service engineers, construction managers, and quantity surveyors.
  • Coordinate with clients, architects, structural consultants, and MEP consultants to deliver projects efficiently.
  • Prepare technical drawings and adhere to material products, regulations, and health & safety standards.
  • Manage and delegate work to supporting staff, overseeing provision of assistance as needed.
  • Maintain strong client relationships through confident interactions, presentations, and project updates.
  • Travel to project sites and attend client meetings as required.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Bachelors/Masters in Architecture.
  • 10-13+ years of experience in architectural design and project management.
  • Proven expertise in developing commercial, residential, and institutional architectural projects.
  • Strong presentation skills, confident interactions, and disciplined work ethic.
  • Familiarity with foreign schools of education or work experience is an added advantage.

Skill Set:

  • In-depth knowledge of architectural software and drafting tools.
  • Expertise in developing BOQs and managing budgets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of technical standards, regulatory frameworks, and health & safety regulations.
