Senior Project Architect Position

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Architect to lead and manage our projects from concept design to handover.

The successful candidate will have a strong track record of delivering complex architectural projects, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and guide a team of architects and senior architects on projects
  • Manage the design and delivery of projects, ensuring they meet client requirements and strive for excellence in design
  • Collaborate with team members, digital designers, and project stakeholders to initiate and develop design concepts
  • Communicate effectively with project teams, clients, contractors, and consultants
  • Anticipate and resolve complex technical and design issues during projects
  • Provide design and technical guidance, innovative solutions, and undertake detailed design work
  • Maintain and nurture existing client relationships

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in architecture; master's degree preferred
  • Extensive portfolio of work, preferably in real estate and corporate campuses
  • Demonstrable experience in leading, managing, and mentoring project teams
  • Strong creative and visualization skills
  • Good interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and relationship management skills
