Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Network Engineer with extensive experience in troubleshooting complex network issues to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our 24x7 NOC, SOC, and Help Desk team, you will be responsible for providing L3 network support, collaborating with internal teams, and ensuring timely resolution of network-related issues.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with various networking technologies, including routing, switching, firewall management, and SDWAN, as well as strong knowledge of cloud-managed network devices and infrastructure monitoring tools.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 9+ years of experience in network support with L3-level expertise in troubleshooting complex network issues.
  • Extensive experience with networking technologies, including routing, switching, and firewall management.
  • Hands-on experience with Juniper, HP Aruba, Cisco Meraki, Palo Alto, Fortinet, and WatchGuard firewalls and devices.
  • Strong knowledge of SDWAN technologies and the configuration of cloud-managed network devices.
