Student Guidance Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Student Guidance Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will provide professional guidance to students on admissions and visa processes, ensuring they have a smooth transition to their academic pursuits overseas.

  • You will be responsible for handling student inquiries and communicating effectively with prospective students to build trust throughout the application cycle.
  • We offer cross-functional exposure to various departments involved in international student recruitment, allowing you to develop your skills and expertise.
  • You will maintain accurate records of communications and documentation via internal systems, adhering to strict Standard Operating Procedures.
  • You will educate students on compliance requirements and assist with document preparation, ensuring they meet all necessary criteria.
  • You will work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve shared goals and objectives, maintaining office protocols and confidentiality at all times.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Counselling, International Relations, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in academic advising, international education, or a related role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
  • Familiarity with global education systems, including the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, Europe, and other regions.
