Job Title:
Overseas MBBS Counselling Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an Overseas MBBS Counselling Specialist. This is a high-impact role that enables students to pursue their dream careers in medicine abroad.

As an Overseas MBBS Counselling Specialist, you will be responsible for engaging with students and parents, managing end-to-end admissions, and ensuring a smooth journey for students aiming to study medicine abroad.

Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Student Engagement & Counseling
  1. Reach out to prospective students via phone, email, and in-person sessions.
  2. Provide detailed guidance on MBBS programs, universities, and destinations.
  3. Conduct one-on-one counselling sessions to assess student goals.
  • Application Management
  1. Assist students with applications, documentation, and submissions.
  2. Coordinate with foreign universities to ensure smooth processing.
  3. Keep students updated on application status and additional requirements.
  • Post-Registration Support
  1. Guide students through visa applications and document preparation.
  2. Conduct pre-departure orientations for students and families.
  3. Resolve last-mile queries before departure.
  • Post-Flying Support
  1. Provide check-ins and settlement guidance once students reach abroad.
  2. Act as a liaison between students and universities.
  3. Offer continued assistance for academic and cultural adaptation.
  • Administrative Tasks
  1. Maintain student records, metrics, and reports.
  2. Collaborate with internal teams to improve the student journey.


To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • Mandatory: Prior experience in Overseas Education / MBBS Counselling.
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking ability.
  • Empathy and a student-first approach.
  • Knowledge of overseas medical education systems is preferred.
