Job Title: Strategic HR Director
We are seeking a visionary leader to drive our HR operations, leveraging their expertise in automation, organization restructuring, compliance, and payroll management.
This role involves overseeing the employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit, addressing grievances, supporting performance management, and fostering a diverse and inclusive work environment.
The ideal candidate will collaborate with leadership to deliver strategic HR solutions, ensure compliance with labor laws, and develop talent-focused programs to enhance engagement, retention, and growth.
Main Responsibilities:
- Serve as a strategic partner to the leadership team, providing expert guidance on HR best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure operational excellence in HR operations, focusing on the employee life cycle from onboarding to exit.
- Foster a culture of diversity, openness, and transparency, promoting a positive work environment.
- Manage employee grievances and violations, including disciplinary actions as needed.
- Oversee the end-to-end performance management process, working closely with managers, leadership, and compensation teams.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring regular communication and updates.
- Develop and implement processes for career development, goal setting, internal job rotation, and performance enhancement programs.
- Provide monthly HR dashboard reports and ad-hoc business requirements for HR metrics.
- Drive initiatives focused on employee engagement, retention, and development, aligning with business objectives.
- Support HR leaders in various requirements, ensuring seamless execution of HR strategies.
HR Center of Excellence
- Create customized solutions and programs aligned with business and HR objectives, driving organizational success.
- Develop programs focused on talent engagement, retention, and development, enhancing the overall employee experience.
- Guide teams and managers on compliance, performance, and behavior-related issues, providing support to HODs and managers.
- Drive initiatives focused on diversity and inclusion at an organizational level, promoting a culture of inclusivity and respect.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field, with a proven track record of success in senior-level HR roles.
- At least 11-15 years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on HR initiatives at a senior level.
- Proven experience in managing a team of minimum 2 members is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, payroll compliance, and HR best practices is essential.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills are required.
- Proficiency in HR automation tools, AI-enabled systems, payroll software, and MS Office Suite is preferred.
