Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Data Management Specialist to join our team. This role involves working closely with consultants to assist with research and mapping assignments.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing data across all aspects of our operations, including data entry, knowledge management, and research. Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring accurate and efficient data entry into our database, adhering to company standards and minimum requirements;
  • Maintaining up-to-date records of conversations and meetings in contact logs;
  • Preparing trackers, reports, and updating them regularly;
  • Formatting CVs according to required templates;
  • Supporting consultants in preparing presentations for client pitches, which may involve market analysis, competitor research, and organizational charts;
  • Conducting project-specific research, analysis, and evaluation of market information using internal databases and the internet;
  • Systematically identifying target companies and candidates, developing and expanding our internal database both quantitatively and qualitatively;
  • Tracking and recording executive moves and relevant press articles from the internet and publications;
  • Utilizing our database and other tools to generate target candidates for search assignments;
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience;
  • Strong data management and research skills;
  • Bright, articulate communication skills (both oral and written) and excellent presentation skills;
  • Well-organized, calm, and unflappable demeanor with attention to detail;
  • Excellent organizational skills and a proactive approach;
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team;
