Key Success Factors LMS Consultant Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced consultant to spearhead the implementation of our Learning Management System (LMS) across India. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of end-to-end LMS implementation, with expertise in strategy development, stakeholder management, and change management.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive LMS strategy aligned with business objectives
  • Manage cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of LMS projects
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize LMS requirements

Requirements:

  • 4-15 years of experience in LMS implementation and management
  • Strong technical knowledge of LMS systems and their integration with other enterprise applications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
