**Job Title:** Financial Management SpecialistAs a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, including bank reconciliations, debtor and creditor accounts, journal entries, income and expense accounts, suspense accounts, GST records, and sales and purchase books. You will also maintain inventory records and ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax laws, and company policies.**Key Responsibilities:**
  • Maintain accurate and timely bank reconciliations and reconciliations of debtor and creditor accounts
  • Prepare and post journal entries as required
  • Record and reconcile income and expense accounts, including suspense accounts
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date GST records
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of sales and purchase books
  • Maintain inventory records and control stock levels
  • Review and analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax laws, and company policies
