Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Paid Digital Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our high-performing team, you will be responsible for managing both Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns, ensuring consistent delivery and growth.

This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their craft, thrives in a collaborative environment, and has experience working with ecommerce and lead generation clients. You will work closely with our Australian team members to execute strategies, learn continually, and deliver high-quality results.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing both Meta Ads and Google Ads, with a strong understanding of campaign structures, audience trends, and platform updates. You will also be confident in setting up conversion tracking, navigating Shopify, and optimizing ad tracking.

Your responsibilities will include campaign management, conversion tracking, platform integration, performance optimisation, and client communication. Your skills will be utilised to build and maintain account structures, troubleshoot attribution setups, manage budgets, and create meaningful reports.

  • Campaign Management: Plan, set up, launch, and optimise campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Pmax) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
  • Conversion Tracking & Platform Integration: Set up, test and maintain conversion tracking across platforms (GA4, Meta, Google Ads)
  • Performance Optimisation: Manage budgets, bids, ROAS targets, and pacing

You will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to drive business growth. This involves staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends, best practices, and platform updates.

We are looking for a talented individual who is fluent in English, has 5+ years of experience in managing Meta Ads and Google Ads, and is comfortable navigating Shopify and ad tracking systems.
