Senior Marketing Strategist

The role of Senior Marketing Strategist is to play a key part in our growth into Influencer Marketing related services.

The main goal is to expand the organization's Influencer network and relationships, ensuring operational excellence across the organization's Influencer Marketing vertical.

  • Understanding client's Influencer Marketing requirements and planning, designing proposals or pitch decks along with an execution plan for their respective Influencer Marketing briefs.
  • Maintaining TAT for the briefs received, understanding of relevancy as per the requirement, and smart creation of detailed proposals, presentations, and pitch decks.
  • Research, recruit & onboard Influencers, content creators, and celebrities using great negotiation tactics and process downloading.
  • Brief, negotiate, and give process downloading to Influencers, content creators, and celebrities.
  • Maintain the database and keep adding new Influencers to the respective assigned category/genre.
  • Building strategic relationships with third-party vendors, agencies & partners, including premium celebrity/artist management agencies, network of content creators, and groups, communities & clusters of micro Influencers.
  • Closely coordinating and maintaining relationships with internal team members and external partners.
  • Seamless campaign execution with strong coordination with onboarded Influencers and internal team as per the pre-planned roadmap proposed to the client.
  • Achieving quarterly goals and targets of successful campaign execution.
  • Achieving high margins for all campaigns.
  • Reviewing, analyzing key metrics of the campaigns, and creating a strong insightful report and reasoning of Influencer Activation.

Skillset:

  • Social Media Savvy.
  • Experience in influencer marketing or social media (preferable).
  • Excellent communication skills and networking skills.
  • Good knowledge of MS office (Emails, Excel, PPT, Word).
  • Knowledge of social media insights & analytics.
  • Ability to work as a team, understanding, and good organizing of task allocated.
  • Smart negotiation and convincing tactics.
  • Well organized with great time management skills.
  • High interpersonal, coordination, and relationship-building skills.
  • Client Servicing.
