Job OverviewThis unique role is based in a serviced apartment in the heart of Hiranandani Gardens, Powai, Mumbai, offering upscale home-like setup and 5-star hotel level service. The position entails exceptional customer service and administrative support at the front desk, with focus on maintaining and improving policies, systems, and processes for various functions.
Main Responsibilities- Manage day-to-day operations, including front desk duties, check-ins/outs, billing, answering phone calls, emails, and responding to inquiries.
- Ensure front desk functions are error-free, identify lapses, and rectify them in real-time.
- Administer front office functions on a daily basis, implementing and continuously reviewing policies and procedures.
- Perform additional duties as needed in case of absence or peak workload.
- Monitor and oversee all guest services daily, identifying critical guests and VIP arrivals.
- A degree in hotel management or a related field.
- At least 3-4 years of experience in a similar role in 4/5-star hotels.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to write professional emails, draft documents, presentations, etc.
- Hospitality attitude and aptitude, customer-centric, effective in communication.
- Thorough organization and supervisory skills, with patience, negotiation skills, and good dispute/grievance resolution skills.
