About the Role

We are seeking highly skilled professionals to join our project teams in West Bengal. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to develop and execute campaign strategies.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing political and campaign strategies for clients (political parties)
  • Planning and managing end-to-end execution of campaign strategies
  • Coordinating with campaign teams and managing stakeholder engagements

You will interact closely with political leaders and organizers at various levels, including constituency, district, state, and national levels.

This role requires excellent problem-solving skills, team leadership, client leadership, thought leadership, and communication skills. You should be able to thrive in a fast-paced, demanding work environment.

Position Requirements

The position involves work in West Bengal and requires travel across the state and interaction with multiple stakeholders. The ideal candidate should have:

  • Ability to lead clients effectively
  • Thought leadership skills
  • Excellent communication skills

The role also requires research and analysis skills, as well as the ability to propose practical solutions for issues.

Desired Qualifications & Experience

We are looking for individuals with:

  • A minimum degree from a Tier 1 / Tier 2 academic institution
  • 0-3 years of experience in Political consulting or similar experience
  • Willingness to work, stay, and travel in West Bengal
  • Context and understanding of West Bengal's culture, geography, and political landscape
  • Proficiency in written and spoken Bengali

P.S. This is a contractual role till April 2026 and extendable on performance basis.
