Performance Marketing Leader

You will own and scale high-impact lead generation & e-commerce campaigns, working closely with senior marketers to drive business growth.

About the Role:
  • Launch and scale ROI-focused campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube) & Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
  • Manage performance campaigns across E-commerce, Affiliate Marketing, WhatsApp Lead Generation, and more
  • Optimize relentlessly by tracking ROAS, CAC, CTR, CPL, and conversions to improve performance daily
  • Test like a pro by running structured A/B tests across creatives, copy, landing pages & targeting strategies
  • Collaborate with creatives to convert bold ideas into campaigns that deliver results
  • Analyze data to identify opportunities, uncover insights, and recommend next steps
  • Maintain a competitive edge by exploring new paid channels

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in Google Ads & Meta Ads
  • Hands-on expertise in E-commerce, Affiliate Marketing, and WhatsApp Lead Generation campaigns
  • Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, and Excel/Sheets
  • Ai-driven mindset – comfortable with ai tools to enhance productivity, insights, and campaign performance
  • Creative + analytical balance – able to test, learn, and innovate quickly
