The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in WM functional expertise, with active implementation projects under their belt. They should also possess excellent problem-solving skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and have a strong understanding of project documents, customer demands, and product objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

- Setting up, maintaining, and performing test automation frameworks on multiple application platforms.

- Investigating customer problems, testing bugs, and creating bug reports.

- Handling technical communications and understanding customers' systems.

- Working with deployments teams, resolving level issues for systems, coordinating on product design, and offering inputs on testability.

- Analyzing and disintegrating software systems, and coordinating with other teams to enhance overall design.

- Managing final quality on production release.

- Must have skills: Manhattan WMS Active
