As a Warehouse Operations and Retail Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing retail and last mile delivery functions for any e-commerce platform. You will handle the entire retail operation and warehouse management, ensuring strict adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing the core team of warehouse operations retail staff
  • Conducting regular reviews and analyses of current processes using operational metrics and reports
  • Negotiating and handling day-to-day operations with third-party logistics providers
  • Reconciling transporter invoices and billing statements
  • Generating invoices and electronic waybills
  • Analyzing store inward and outward movements to identify and resolve any issues

Requirements and Qualifications

You should have experience in managing at least 80 stores' warehouse operations on a daily basis, strong leadership skills, excellent customer service, and effective communication skills.

A background knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) such as Vinculum will be an added advantage.
