About the Position:

We are looking for a skilled Supply Chain Manager to lead our distribution planning and execution. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, preferably an MBA from a reputable institution, and at least 2 years of experience in supply chain management.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the distribution plan from a central warehouse to multiple branch warehouses across various product categories.
  • Align the plan with business targets, customer channels, and distribution frequency.
  • Manage the availability of 1,500–2,000 SKUs by designing efficient distribution frameworks, prioritization models, and scenario-based planning to handle constraints.
  • Ensure timely product delivery across all channels.
  • Determine and monitor inventory holding policies and norms, based on network lead times, SKU classification, and channel priorities.
  • Drive replenishment planning using rolling inventory norms.
  • Optimize dispatch plans considering full truckload (FTL) loads, promotional priorities, seasonality, and inter-branch transfer reduction.
  • Establish replenishment mechanisms across all inventory nodes.
  • Ensure stock availability and fill rate ownership for all customer channels – distributors, retailers, modern trade chains, and e-commerce platforms.
  • Identify and monitor slow-moving/obsolete stocks. Develop and implement mitigation and liquidation plans to minimize risk.
