Aesthetic Coordinator

This is a demanding position where you will be responsible for maintaining the aesthetic appearance of retail stores. As an Aesthetic Coordinator, you will work closely with the product department to ensure that products are displayed in an attractive and commercially viable way.
- Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain knowledge of our products in a fashionable and commercial context, including materials, fabrics, styles, and trends.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work effectively with various departments such as customer service, team management, loss prevention, and stock management to achieve business objectives.
- Aesthetic Coordination: Implement and improve aesthetic standards, manage furniture and displays, and analyze product display to enhance store image and customer experience.
- Team Leadership: Lead and train a team of aesthetic coordinators to perform their duties efficiently.
- Maintenance of Loss Prevention and Inventory Control:
- Participate in inventory counts and adhere to company procedures to minimize losses.
- Teach security procedures to team members to maintain low inventory loss rates.
- Knowledgeable about fashion trends, competitor analysis, and market dynamics.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
