Job Title: Interior Design Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Interior Designer to join our team as an Interior Design Consultant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Owning the Sales funnel and driving Sales Closure.
  • Providing exceptional Customer Experience during a project.
  • Leading and owning quality and accuracy of design deliverables.
  • Owning an end-to-end Project lifecycle.

Requirements:

  • Graduation or relevant Diploma.
  • A minimum of 1 year's experience as an Interior Designer.
  • Led and delivered minimum 2-4 Residential Modular KWS projects.
  • Excellent knowledge of design tools, including PPT presentation, AutoCAD.
  • Design expertise in Conceptual design (Layout, Style, Moodboard) and Technical design (Material knowledge, Execution and Drawing Preparation).
  • Modular design (Material knowledge, aesthetics & functionality, module planning) and Civil works & Services (specifications & installation details).
  • Ability to create BoQ for customers, coordinate with internal & external agencies.
  • Sales expertise in Sales Closure by way of logical & trusted Sales pitch, driving and leading the Design meetings with the customers.
  • Behavioral attributes of Result-oriented, Teamwork, Integrity & Ethics, Crisp & meaningful communication.
  • High degree of willingness to learn and ability to drive performance among independent team members.
