About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill a key position within our organization. This role is open to Architects, Interior Designers, Civil Engineers, or Design Professionals with expertise in AutoCAD and SketchUp.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create 2D drawings, layouts, and working drawings in AutoCAD
  • Design 3D models and visualizations in SketchUp
  • Support concept development and detailed design documentation
  • Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams
  • Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality and timely execution

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp (mandatory)
  • Knowledge of construction details, materials, and design standards
  • Degree/Diploma in Architecture/Interior Design/Civil Engineering (or equivalent)
  • Good communication and teamwork skills

Favorable Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of professional experience (freshers can also apply)
  • Rendering skills (advantage)
  • Experience in residential, office, and hospitality projects
