Job Title: Contract Management Legal Associate

The role of Contract Management Legal Associate involves drafting and reviewing legal documents such as non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), statements of work (SOWs), amendments, and change requests using designated tools. The ideal candidate will have strong legal acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensuring accuracy, legal soundness, and compliance with internal standards and policies in contractual documentation.
  • Collaborating with various stakeholders including business, operations, and other departments to gather inputs, clarify requirements, and ensure alignment on contractual terms.
  • Securing necessary approvals from cross-functional teams for both draft and final contract versions, ensuring timely completion to prevent execution delays.
  • Maintaining internal trackers and databases to reflect contract status, key milestones, and changes, and ensuring all documentation complies with internal processes and regulatory standards.
  • Exhibiting strong written and verbal communication skills to provide updates, resolve issues, and work effectively across teams and organizational levels.
  • Demonstrating knowledge and proficiency in contract management tools.
  • Being a reliable, collaborative, and solution-oriented team player.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor of Law (LLB)
  • Experience: relevant contract / legal experience preferred
  • Skills: legal drafting, stakeholder management, contract lifecycle understanding, communication, and tool proficiency.
