Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our business development initiatives in the B2B space.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving rapid user acquisition, engagement, activation and revenue growth for our products. This involves developing and executing strategies to optimize user experience.

  • Developing and executing growth strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to develop and launch new features or products that support growth and optimize user experience.
  • Bettering customer satisfaction and experience from a product standpoint.
  • Driving relationship management with key partners and clients.
  • Building sound knowledge of our products and offerings.

Relationship Management

The successful candidate will spearhead and drive relationships with key partners and clients, including banks, payment aggregators, and third-party service providers.

  • Spearheading and driving relationship with key partners and clients.
  • Developing and maintaining strong customer-centricity principles within the organization and with clients.
  • Understanding customer needs and developing plans to address them.
  • Gaining solid knowledge of market trends, regulations, and competition.

Product Enablement

The candidate will work closely with internal departments to on-board new prospects and existing players on our products, including RuPay, UPI, IMPS, AePS, and others.

  • On-boarding new prospects and existing players on our products.
  • Preparing dashboards and trackers to ensure successful rollout.
  • Managing various on-boarding and go-live projects simultaneously in an effective and timely manner.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of payments and digital technologies, as well as hands-on experience of MS Office - excel, ppt, doc.

Excellent interpersonal skills are required to achieve consensus and drive business objectives. Customer centricity and analytical skills are also essential to influence decision making.
