About the Job:

  • Primary responsibility is leading end-to-end Salesforce solutioning.
  • Maintain technical documentation, deployment plans, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Act as primary technical liaison between teams and vendors.
  • Review vendor deliverables, enforce coding standards, and align with enterprise architecture.
  • Facilitate solutioning workshops, sprint planning, and technical reviews.
  • Design integrations between Salesforce and external systems using APIs and native connectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hands-on experience in Salesforce development and architecture.
  • Expertise in multiple Salesforce clouds, including Sales, Service, Customer 360, and Marketing.
  • Strong command of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Flow Builder.
  • Multivendor environment management and cross-functional coordination.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce deployments and data integrity.

Requirements:

  • Salesforce, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud
  • 6+ years of experience
