Job Opportunity

As a seasoned Salesforce CPQ professional, you will bridge business needs and technical delivery. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Analyzing requirements, defining scope, and performing gap analysis.
  • Collaborating with business and technical teams to design solutions aligned with sales processes like quoting, pricing, contracts, order management, billing, and provisioning.
  • Supporting user adoption through training and continuous improvements.
  • Developing and executing test plans, including UAT, and managing epics, features, and stories in Jira.
  • Identifying downstream impacts (billing, provisioning, revenue recognition) and maintaining an agile backlog.
  • Overseeing releases and ensuring compliance with SOX and SDLC principles.

Requirements for this role include:

  • 5-6 years' experience in Salesforce implementation with strong CPQ and Billing expertise.
  • A deep understanding of Quote-to-Revenue processes, relational databases, CLM, ERP, and integrations.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodology is preferred.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Management, Computer Science, or Engineering is required.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
