We shape evidence-based policies for India's economic transformation, collaborating closely with state and central governments on district-led development, export-led manufacturing, and strengthening data systems.

As a key team member, you will lead data-driven projects, designing and applying advanced econometric and statistical methods to gain causal insights from large-scale datasets.

These datasets include administrative records, election data, CSR information, and survey data.

You will translate evidence into clear policy recommendations and outputs, such as reports, briefs, and op-eds.

Additionally, you will work with researchers and manage stakeholder engagement with government partners.

Key Requirements
  • A Master's or PhD in Economics, Econometrics, Data Science, or a related quantitative discipline is essential.
  • Strong training in econometrics, statistics, and programming, particularly in Stata, R, or Python, is required.
  • Experience in empirical research, data analysis, and publication, preferably with 7+ years for this role, is necessary.
