Senior Business Intelligence Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing advanced data analysis and reporting support to our customers.
- Utilize Excel skills to analyze complex data sets, create reports, and develop dashboards to drive business insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate execution of tasks while maintaining high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:

- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate execution of tasks while maintaining high-quality standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience: 2+ years of direct customer-facing experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Excel Expertise: Strong knowledge of formulas and functions (e.g., VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH), Pivot Tables, Charts, and text manipulation.
- Strong focus on customer satisfaction and ability to exceed expectations.
- Quick learner with adaptability to new tools and processes.
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to make informed decisions based on research and prior experience.
- Proactive in follow-ups, escalations, and ensuring timely resolution.
- High attention to detail and ability to follow instructions with 100% accuracy.
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal) with proper grammar and spelling.
- Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
