About the Role

As a Senior Associate in Corporate Finance, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth through strategic M&A projects and corporate financing initiatives. Your primary responsibility will be to execute sell-side and buy-side transactions, working closely with clients to identify opportunities and provide expert advice on commercial negotiations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execution of M&A projects from initiation to closure, including financial modeling, due diligence, and deal structuring;
  • Assisting clients in identifying potential business opportunities through market research and analysis;
  • Creation of pitch documents, pricing/valuation papers, and marketing materials to support transaction structuring and client engagement;
  • Providing analytical support to project leads in executing daily aspects of M&A projects.

Qualifications

We are seeking candidates with 4-6 years of experience in corporate finance, M&A/investment banking, or transaction advisory services. You should possess:

  • A solid academic record in MBA Finance or CA/CFA with a strong understanding of financial statements and their interlinkages;
  • Strong business writing skills and excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities;
  • Fluent proficiency in written and verbal communication skills – English and German (mandatory);
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office (specifically, MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint);
  • Command in using research databases such as S&P Capital IQ, MergerMarket, Pitchbook, Fame, Orbis, among others.
