We are seeking a seasoned Senior Contract Specialist to join our team at WNS. As a key member of our commercial contracts group, you will be responsible for reviewing, drafting, and redlining complex contracts.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end legal review of commercial contracts, including Master Services Agreements, Statement of Work, RFPs, Partner Agreements, Teaming Agreements, and customer-specific vendor agreements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to obtain necessary inputs and approvals.
- Conduct thorough research on general commercial matters, upcoming legislations, and privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA).
- Provide advisory services on contract-related commercial matters.
- Upload and review legal documents on our contract management tool, ensuring timely execution.
- Foster effective collaboration with various teams, including sales, finance, accounting, marketing, and operations.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- A LLB/LLM degree.
- 4-8 years of experience in contract management or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
Immediate joiners are preferred but not required. You can expect a dynamic work environment and opportunities for growth and development.
