Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Contract Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring adherence to established contracts management procedures, reviewing and analyzing tender documents, and preparing proposed risk mitigation plans from a contractual perspective.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure adherence to established contracts management procedures
  • Review and analyze tender documents from a commercial and contractual point of view
  • Prepare proposed risk mitigation plans from a contractual perspective
  • Analyze reasons for delays and disruptions, identify client-related reasons, and issue notifications and change orders to the client in consultation with the Project Manager
  • Support the Project Manager in all contractual discussions with the client

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience of drafting agreements/contracts
  • Good working knowledge of indirect taxation
  • Handled insurance claims
  • Experience of claims management
