**About the Role**

At Akrivia Automation Private Limited, we are seeking a highly skilled **Senior Integration Consultant** to join our team. As a key member of our integration team, you will play a critical role in ensuring seamless integration of our HRMS product, Akrivia HCM, with our customers' existing systems.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Work closely with customers and stakeholders to understand and document integration requirements.
  • Develop detailed integration plans, including timelines, resources, and technical specifications.
  • Leverage your knowledge of various integration methods to design robust and scalable integration solutions.
  • Execute integration projects by developing and configuring solutions using our APIs and iPaaS platform.
  • Conduct thorough testing of integrations to ensure accuracy, reliability, and performance.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of integration processes and project outcomes.
  • Provide ongoing support to customers post-implementation to resolve any integration-related issues.

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role, with a focus on software integration, preferably in the HRMS or enterprise software space.
  • Strong understanding of integration technologies and methods, including APIs, SFTP, web services, and iPaaS solutions.
  • Experience with ERP and financial systems integrations, including but not limited to SAP, Oracle, Workday, and NetSuite.
  • Proficient in using APIs for system integration and familiar with data formats such as JSON, XML, etc.
