About RSM Delivery Center Private Limited (India)
The RSM Delivery Center Private Limited (India) supports RSM U.S risk consulting, transaction advisory, technical accounting, financial consulting, technology and management consulting, tax and assurance engagement teams by providing access to highly skilled professionals for repeatable business processes over an extended business day.
RSM's National Healthcare Consulting practice is seeking a Healthcare IT Integration Senior Associate who will participate in all aspects of the systems development life cycle related to the integration of leading healthcare IT applications.
This role will include defining customer requirements, building interfaces, designing information flow, system configuration, testing, training, and go-live support. In addition, this role will support strategic IT projects such as system integrations, IT systems assessments, software selections, and roadmap development.
The Integration Consultant will be part of a multi-disciplined project team and will work collaboratively with both fellow consulting and client team members.
The estimated salary for this position is ₹8.5 lac - ₹12.5 lac per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
Responsibilities:
- Implement leading packaged software solutions that have been developed to accommodate healthcare business and management processes, regulatory requirements, and other business needs.
- Deploy innovative healthcare industry-specific solutions.
- Design integration approach, and define and build interfaces between various healthcare systems.
- Support the deployment of packaged software's through data integration design, build, test, and deployment.
- Develop and maintain system interfaces between various clinical, and revenue cycle systems.
- Build, deploy, and maintain HL7 interfaces, to support back-end processes for financial and clinical applications and reporting.
- Work with end-users and project teams to analyze and document data and workflow processes.
- Assess current state data flow and work with implementation team to validate proposed future state fits with overall project objectives.
- Identify, assess, and solve complex business integration problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
- Work interactively with clients and client team members to configure, test and validate the software application environment.
- Contribute to IT systems assessments, system integrations, software selection projects, and system optimization projects.
- Train client personnel on new process/systems.
- Travel as needed (5% - 10%).
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Health Information Management, or similar program.
- Minimum of three years' relevant experience with systems implementation projects.
- Direct experience with implementation of software in a healthcare setting.
- Prior consulting and implementation experience.
- Experience working directly with clients.
- Experience with using multiple integration tools like Ensemble/IRIS, Infor Cloverleaf.
- Experience implementing HL7 data conversions and updating existing interfaces.
- Extensive experience with Admissions Discharge Transfer workflows & messages.
- Technical experience with HL7, FHIR, API, XML, CDA, CCD and other such transactional standards.
- Epic Bridges experience and Cerner integration experience is an added bonus.
- Experience with 3M/Solventum Encompass systems integration is an added bonus.
- Experience with Azure Full Stack implementation is an added bonus.
