About the Role
The Workday Integrations Senior Consultant will be our "go to" technical resource and provide support on global Implementation projects, AMS engagements and on client augmentation roles. As part of a fast-growing, fully certified Workday partner, you’ll have the chance to make an impact and collaborate with leadership to further build out the UST Global Workday practice.
The Opportunity and Responsibilities :
- A lead role that can make a difference in our global UST Workday integration practice covering deployment, client augmentation, and AMS services.
- Utilize your specialized knowledge and implementation proficiency (in-depth experience with Workday Studio is essential) in client projects while mentoring less experienced team members.
- Perform in technical lead role working directly with local and international clients around integrations design, testing, vendor management and deployment.
- Oversee/support junior integration team members and serve as an escalation path for high priority technical issues and enhancements.
- Work with internal UST product teams on Workday capabilities and accelerators.
- Opportunity to lead and contribute to the expansion of our Workday Extend and Gen AI capabilities.
What you need:
- 5+ years of Workday integrations experience with deployment and post-production support experience. You should have the ability to discuss this expertise both within the company and with clients.
- Previous tenure at a certified Workday partner, along with current or past integration certifications (Core and advanced certifications preferred).
- In-depth knowledge of Workday's integration capabilities and associated technologies is essential. This includes technical experience with different integration tools such as WD APIs, EIB, Core Connectors , Document Transformation, Workday Studio , and Workday Cloud Connect for Third Party Payroll.
- Hands-on expertise with workday studio and custom development to/from Workday during a Phase 1 or Phase X deployment
- Experience in Workday Reporting and BIRT development.
- Developed innovate solutions to support customer requirements or using Workday Extend or Orchestrate
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills as you will be directly involved in customer facing conversations.
