About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled User Acquisition Manager to lead our mobile game user acquisition efforts. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing large-scale user acquisition campaigns, including planning, launching, and optimizing campaigns across various platforms.

This role requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

  • Develop and execute a full-funnel user acquisition strategy that integrates acquisition, retention, and re-engagement.
  • Analyze campaign and cohort-level data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
  • Manage daily campaign performance, adjusting bids, budgets, targeting, and creatives to hit cost per acquisition (CPA), lifetime value (LTV), and return on investment (ROI) goals.

User Acquisition Responsibilities:

  • Plan, launch, and optimize user acquisition campaigns across major platforms.
  • Manage daily campaign performance and adjust bids, budgets, targeting, and creatives.
  • Implement structured A/B tests for campaigns, audiences, and creatives.
  • Partner with engineering teams to QA and troubleshoot SDK/event integrations.

Required Skills:

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in user acquisition for mobile games.
  • Proven expertise with major ad platforms, including Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, and Apple Search Ads.
  • Strong working knowledge of Mobile Measurement Partners (MMPs), including AppsFlyer, Adjust, and Singular.
  • Deep understanding of user acquisition KPIs, including CPI, CAC, ROAS, ROI, LTV, and retention.
