Game Growth Strategist Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and data-driven growth strategist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about scaling mobile games in the competitive social and hypercasual space.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical & Execution:
    • Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across multiple platforms.
    • Manage daily campaign performance, adjusting bids, budgets, targeting, and creatives to hit key performance indicators.
    • Implement structured A/B tests for campaigns, audiences, and creatives.
    • Partner with engineering teams to ensure accurate event configuration and tracking.
  • Analytical & Reporting:
    • Analyze campaign and cohort-level data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
    • Calculate breakeven points and model projected long-term value by user cohorts.
    • Build dashboards and performance reports using tools like Looker Studio or Tableau.
    • Apply predictive modeling to forecast long-term user value.
  • Strategic:
    • Develop and execute a full-funnel strategy that integrates acquisition, retention, and re-engagement.
    • Create and manage audience strategies using custom audiences, lookalikes, and retargeting cohorts.
    • Collaborate with CRM and product teams to connect strategy with retention and monetization strategies.
  • Creative:
    • Collaborate with the creative team to brief, conceptualize, and test ad creatives.
    • Analyze creative performance using key metrics and translate findings into actionable insights.
  • Collaboration & Operations:
    • Act as the primary liaison with external partners and internal cross-functional teams.
    • Lead the day-to-day campaign operations, ensuring accuracy, quality, and timeliness.
Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in game growth for mobile games.
  • Proven expertise with major platforms and MMPs.
  • Strong working knowledge of game growth KPIs and data analysis tools.
  • Ability to run re-engagement campaigns and leverage platform data for targeting and predictive analysis.
