Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Business Process Specialist with expertise in implementing and customizing business solutions. In this role, you will work closely with clients to define project requirements and provide technical guidance to our development team.

  • Work with clients and stakeholders to gather detailed business requirements and conduct thorough analysis of business processes.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to a team of developers.
  • Design and implement robust, scalable, and efficient business solutions that meet client needs.
  • Define coding standards, best practices, and development processes for the team.
  • Lead the development of custom business modules and applications.
  • Conduct code reviews, perform thorough testing, and ensure the functionality and performance of configured solutions.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Odoo and a strong background in developing and customizing applications. They should also be proficient in Python programming and the Odoo framework.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Extensive hands-on experience with Odoo.
  • Proficiency in Python programming and the Odoo framework.
  • Strong understanding of ERP concepts and business processes.
  • Experience in a team lead or management role.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Familiarity with version control systems, code review tools, and agile methodologies.
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.
