Unitary Sales Specialist

At Trane Technologies, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Unitary Sales Engineer to join our team. As a Unitary Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for selling our unitary range of products and directly responsible for achieving specific booking and revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:- Sell unitary products to key direct clients, dealers, HVAC consultants, architects, project managers, and contractors.
- Generate revenue from identified critical-to-close jobs.
- Conduct customer and dealer meetings to build relationships and identify new business opportunities.
- Achieve order booking and billing targets.
- Conduct payment follow-up and ensure timely payment from customers.
- Provide necessary demonstrations and product presentations to customers and dealers.
- Preferably holds a bachelor's degree in engineering.
- Minimum 8+ years' experience in selling HVAC unitary products (package AC units, VRF, etc.).
- Having exposure in developing a network within the HVAC industry (dealers, contractors, consultants, and developers).
- Proficient in English.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good negotiation and selling skills.
