Job Overview

The Studio Manager is a critical role responsible for the overall performance of the studio, encompassing business growth and operational excellence.

  • Drive business performance by achieving and exceeding targets for key metrics, including footfalls, conversions, sales, and outbound business.
  • Pursue opportunities to contribute significantly to target achievement through intensive customer-facing interactions.
Operational Excellence

Ensure seamless execution of key operational elements, such as opening, closing, attendance, and projects. Oversee and actively manage studio administration, including upkeep, maintenance, housekeeping staff, budgets, and expense records.

  • Maintain accurate records of expenses in accordance with approved procedures.
  • Co-ordinate with leadership and central teams to facilitate and align on key projects, including inventory audit and maintenance, fixed assets, and visual merchandise.
People Development

Foster a high-performing team by providing coaching, monitoring performance, and maintaining morale. Develop skills in team members across product knowledge, sales process knowledge, and other areas.

  • Actively build skills in team members directly and through central resources, stakeholders.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on business performance, issues, competitive intelligence, and market insights to leadership.
Customer Satisfaction

Take ownership of customer satisfaction for all in-store and associated activities, ensuring excellent service and prompt issue resolution.
