We are seeking a highly skilled Design Engineer to join our team. This role will focus on providing 24/7 support to our customers, working on complex technical challenges in safety operation and return to service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support customer service requests with the development of technical dispositions, instructions, and designs for damage allowance treatment and deviations to nacelle structures design and repairs.
  • Develop and lead repair schemes for metallic and composite parts, including preparation of 8100-9 forms for AD-affected structure, AMOCs, and major repairs.
  • Collaborate with multiple team functions to provide technical support, development of engineering data, and acting as a principal point of contact for internal and external customers.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering.
  • At least 9 years of experience in propulsion nacelle structures, with 3 or more years of experience developing structural repairs, performing structural design, or propulsion nacelle structural repairs.
  • Material Review Board Liaison Engineer authority experience is also required.
