We are seeking a skilled Structural Design Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the design team, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and executing engineering aspects of Embassy projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop structural design documentation for internal reviews and presentations.
  • Analyze structural systems using software tools to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Track project milestones and timelines to ensure timely completion.
  • Collaborate with vendors and procurement teams to gather technical data and specifications.
  • Participate in quality checks and audits of structural works at project sites.
  • Support responses to RFIs and technical queries from contractors.
  • Contribute to research and benchmarking of innovative structural materials and technologies.
  • Prepare cost estimates and quantity take-offs for structural components.
  • Maintain organized records of correspondence, drawings, and approvals for audit and reference.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in civil/structural Engineering.
  • At least 10 years of experience in structural engineering.
Essential Skills and Knowledge:
  • Strong understanding of structural design principles and construction methods.
  • Familiarity with building codes and standards.
  • Proficiency in structural analysis software.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
