Analytics Transformation Expert

Job Description:

The Analytics Transformation Expert will be responsible for leading the implementation and democratization of analytics across various service lines. This involves driving business decisions with data-driven insights, leveraging technical expertise and exceptional communication skills to deliver impactful analytics projects.

Key responsibilities include bridging business needs with scalable, efficient data ecosystems, designing and optimizing data structures to support analytics initiatives, and delivering end-to-end analytics project delivery while ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in analytics, data science, or a related field within a professional services environment.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Strong understanding of data structures, databases, and data modeling.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools such as SQL, Python, R, Tableau, or Power BI is preferred.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus.
  • Business Acumen: Proven ability to understand business processes and translate them into data-driven solutions.
  • Communication: Exceptional presentation and storytelling skills to engage diverse audiences and drive analytics adoption.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in data science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, stakeholder management, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
