About the RoleWe are seeking an exceptional Senior Business Analyst to spearhead strategic initiatives and foster meaningful relationships with business stakeholders across the UK and Europe. This pivotal role demands a deep understanding of business needs, translating them into actionable requirements that drive impactful solutions.
This position requires prior experience in Manufacturing, Supply Chain Management (SCM), or Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG). A strong analytical mindset is essential for identifying gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement within current business processes, systems, and data flows.
Main Responsibilities- Proactively engage with business stakeholders through one-to-one interactions, workshops, and solution demos to capture, validate, and prioritise business requirements.
- Conduct detailed analysis of current business processes, systems, and data flows to identify areas for improvement.
- Act as a bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring clarity and alignment of goals, deliverables, and solution design.
- Interpret business data to extract insights and support data-driven decision-making processes.
- Collaborate with architects and developers to shape solutions that meet both business needs and strategic objectives.
- Lead the preparation and execution of User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test case design and stakeholder sign-off.
- Create high-quality documentation such as business requirement documents (BRDs), process maps, and training guides tailored to diverse stakeholder audiences.
- Contribute to project planning and monitoring activities, ensuring timely delivery of milestones and measurable outcomes.
- Recommend enhancements to business processes and systems, incorporating stakeholder feedback, operational data, and industry best practices.
