Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Digital Project Manager to join our global team working on multinational corporation projects.

The role will be focused on managing employee communications and email marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with developers and client contacts for email development and deployment through Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Perform QA testing to ensure correct content rendering, links matching, and error-free proofreading.
  • Secure client approval of emails and address edits as needed.
  • Schedule emails through Salesforce Marketing Cloud and guide clients on account protocols.
  • Pull metrics reports from Salesforce Marketing Cloud and share with clients.
  • Assist with additional email marketing projects, such as quarterly benchmark reports or template builds.
  • Identify potential roadblocks or delays and implement process improvements.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience as a Senior Digital Project Manager or similar skill set.
  • Preferably, familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (not required).
  • Experience working in a client-facing environment, preferably at an agency.
  • Ability to work independently and own tasks in a geographically distributed team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and advanced English level.
