Digital Transformation Executive

We seek a seasoned Digital Transformation leader to drive innovation and operational efficiency across the organization by overseeing a team of Business Analysts and developing key digital strategies.

  • Oversight of IT software application design, deployment, and maintenance.
  • Development and execution of a comprehensive digital transformation roadmap aligning with business objectives.
  • Leadership, mentorship, and management of Business Analysts/PMs. Cultivating a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and collaboration.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A deep understanding of software development, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
  • Expertise in project management methodologies like Agile, Scrum, and Lean to manage projects efficiently and adapt to changing requirements.
  • Knowledge of connecting different software systems and platforms to create a unified digital ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Managing multiple digital projects concurrently, ensuring timely delivery within scope and without budget overruns.
  • Analyzing and re-engineering existing business processes to leverage technology for automation and efficiency gains.
  • Regularly reporting on the progress and impact of digital initiatives to C-level stakeholders.

Competencies (Skills essential to the role):

  • Ability to understand business needs, processes, and problems to translate them into technology solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills to articulate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to identify complex problems and propose innovative, technology-driven solutions.

Requirements include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.
  • Relevant industry certifications like ITIL, PMP, CISSP, CISM are a plus.
  • Minimum 7-10 years of experience in a technology or business-related field, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership or managerial role.
