  • Bachelor's degree or advanced degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience.">
  • 10+ years of technology project management or delivery management experience including:">
  • 4+ years of direct people management experience, leading high performing teams.">
  • 1+ years in transformation experience in people, process or technology transformation.">
  • Experience with change management, business analysis, or process analysis.">
  • Proven expertise in spearheading people-centric or transformational initiatives.">
  • Experience leading the people side of change for technologists.">
  • Excellent communication skills, both orally and in writing.">
  • Strong business and technology acumen.">
  • Organizational agility.">
