Physiotherapy Role

Our organization seeks a skilled and dedicated physiotherapist to join our growing team. The role involves conducting comprehensive assessments, designing individualized treatment plans, and delivering evidence-based physiotherapy interventions to help patients restore function, reduce pain, and improve quality of life.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop tailored treatment plans that incorporate manual therapy, exercise therapy, and electrotherapy as appropriate.
  • Deliver high-quality physiotherapy sessions that cater to patients' unique needs and goals.
  • Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, posture, and preventive care strategies to promote optimal health outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient progress and outcomes to inform treatment decisions.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic and patient-centered care.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training initiatives to stay updated on best practices in physiotherapy.

Requirements:

  • Qualification: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy (BPT / MPT).
  • Experience: 0–3 years (freshers with strong clinical knowledge are welcome).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, colleagues, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Empathy, patient-centric approach, and a willingness to learn and grow in the role.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.
