Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Customer Experience Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support.

  • Manage Customer Interactions: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media in a professional and empathetic manner.
  • Provide Prompt Responses: Ensure timely and effective resolution of customer concerns, resulting in high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with sales, technical, and operations teams to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Develop Service Standards: Establish and maintain high-quality customer service policies and procedures.
  • Ensure Compliance: Collaborate with the quality assurance team to ensure adherence to service protocols and company standards.
  • Conduct Research: Provide accurate and timely information to customers to resolve their issues efficiently.
  • Coordinate Cross-Functional Activities: Facilitate seamless communication and information flow between departments.
  • Maintain Records: Accurately document customer interactions and maintain records in compliance with company policies.
Key Qualifications and Experience
  1. Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in any field with some regulatory knowledge.
  2. Professional Experience: 2-3 years of experience post-graduation; sales/marketing & healthcare/medical devices/service order management industry preferred.
  3. Skill Set: Proficient in MS Office (Excel), SAP, Outlook, and possessing strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  4. Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
  5. Team Player: Solution-oriented approach and attitude, with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
